Mentoring teen girls in the Therapeutic program

Fishing clubs and camps

Office/Administrative

Special Needs clubs and camps

Child Care for Bible studies and retreats

Painting (Shed & barn, as well as murals on fences)

Sign maintenance 

Farm machinery maintenance

Horse Volunteering

Must have horse experience and be over 16 years of age

Opportunites include:

Clubs – Leading horses and teaching basic riding skills

Camps – Leading horses and teaching basic riding skills for summer camps

Events – Leading horses and teaching basic grooming and horse care for scheduled events.

Trail Guides – Grooming, tacking, and guiding trail rides for fundraising.

Grooming, Feeding and Tack Maintenance – Weekly cleaning routine.

Evaluation and training is required. Fill out the volunteer form and send it via mail or bring it by the OBIC office! 

Financial Donation

Not all our needs can be met with material donations and your financial support will go towards these unmet needs.  Your funds help us keep OBIC alive and go to areas such as maintaining a ministry we offer, support of the missionaries who serve here without an income, the sponsorship of a child or animal, or to general maintenance of the facility.

Material Donation

We are in need of many thing that you may just have sitting around your house or yard and your aren’t using any longer. See our wish list below for more details. But don’t assume if its not on there we don’t need it. Please give us a call or email to offery anything the Lord puts on your heart to donate.

  • Barn and animal supplies 

  • Wheel barrows and pitch forks

  • A salt block to put in the pasture for the horses.

  • Round bale holders for the pasture

  • Materials for new fencing and housing for the petting zoo

  • Lead ropes

  • Feeding buckets

  • Automatic watering containers for large and small animals.

  • Fishing rod and reel combos

  • Hooks, sinkers, and bobbers

  • Life jackets

  • Rock for the parking areas

  • Sawdust for the stalls and barn area

  • Benches for the pond and barn areas
