It is our prayer that you will not only develop your skills as a rider, but that you will also learn the deep things of a horse’s character and personality. Your lesson will include not only riding, but also catching, leading, grooming, tacking, and caring for your horse.

We offer both English and Western lessons in 12 week sessions in both the spring and the fall. Riding lessons can start for anyone as young as 4! Anyone choosing to pay for the 12 weeks in full will receive a 10% discount.

Activities

Birthday Parties

$150

Birthday parties are held Saturday from 10am-2pm or 3pm-7pm. We also do them on weeknights depending on availability of our horse staff.

You will have access to our pavilion for 4 hours, our fishing pond (you must bring your own fishing poles and bait), and to the petting zoo. The pavilion has electricity, running water, a grill, and a fire pit.

During your 4 hours with us, 1 of those hours is reserved for led horse rides in one of our arenas. Included in the price is 2 horses for the 1 hour. Additional horses are $40 per hour per horse.

Fishing

OBIC loves to see kids out enjoying nature so we have our pond open to the public 7 days per week dawn to dusk for fishing!

The key is to bring along a child 15 or younger as your FREE pass! Anyone fishing without a child will be asked to leave.

Fishing is catch and release only. Please follow all of the posted rules and don’t forget to sign in and out, along with signing a wavier once each year which is located in the mail box by the rules sign.
